We do not request sensitive identity information for routine browsing.Where possible, you may make a general enquiry without identifying yourself. To deliver an order, manage an account or respond to an order-specific request, we need the relevant identifying and contact information. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to explain your request.
Collection and storage
Information is collected from checkout, account registration, support communications and ordinary web-server requests, and held in the store database, hosting systems and operational backups. You may browse without an account. We need sufficient contact and delivery information to fulfil an order. Why we use information
To process and deliver orders, provide support, manage returns and refunds, maintain accounts and security, detect abuse, keep business records and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.Routine automated functions calculate order totals and delivery eligibility, manage stock and record payment status. This store does not use customer profiling to make solely automated decisions with significant effects on individuals. Contact us if you want a person to review an order or account issue.
Who receives information
Our hosting and infrastructure providers support website operation. Delivery providers receive information needed to deliver an order. SumUp will receive payment and transaction information when its checkout integration is activated. Professional advisers or authorities receive relevant information where necessary for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. We share only information relevant to the service, such as recipient name, address and contact number for delivery. When you use a payment provider, its own privacy notice also applies to the information it processes. See SumUp privacy information.
International processing
Hosting, infrastructure and payment service providers may process information outside Australia. Locations depend on the service and its infrastructure. SumUp’s privacy notice explains its international processing. Contact us for available information about overseas recipients; we will not claim that all customer data stays in Australia.Cookies and marketing
WooCommerce and WordPress cookies support cart contents, checkout sessions, login and security. WooCommerce also uses first-party order-attribution cookies to record visit sources, referring pages, campaign information and session activity associated with orders. Browser storage supports interface preferences. No third-party advertising pixel or external analytics service is configured. Browser controls can block or clear these cookies; blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout or login from working.Buying a product or requesting support does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. We will obtain appropriate consent before sending promotional messages, and provide an unsubscribe route. Operational order and service messages are separate from marketing.See our cookie policy for cookie categories, first-party attribution and browser controls.
Retention
Order, refund and accounting records are generally retained for 7 years after the transaction for business-record and dispute purposes. Other personal information is kept only as long as needed for the relevant purpose or legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Records relevant to an active dispute may be retained until it is resolved; backup copies are removed through the normal backup lifecycle.Protecting information
HTTPS protects information in transit. Administrative access is restricted, and operational backups support recovery. Card payment details will be handled through SumUp’s payment interface; we do not ask customers to send full card numbers, security codes or passwords to support. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a data incident occurs, we will assess it, take appropriate containment steps and notify affected people and regulators where required by applicable law.
