Shipping & delivery
- Standard delivery
- A$15.00 per order for standard delivery within Australia, including orders containing multiple items. No free-shipping threshold, remote-area surcharge or separate bulky-item surcharge is added to this rate.
- Order processing
- 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.
- Estimated arrival
- Standard transit: an estimated 2–15 business days after dispatch across Australia. Allow an estimated 3–17 business days in total, including handling. Regional and remote destinations may take toward the upper end of this range. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Returns & refunds
- Change-of-mind window
- 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product.
- Eligible items
- Items must be unused, unactivated, undamaged and complete with original packaging, seals, accessories and included documentation. Opened in-ear headphones and personal-care or hygiene products are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns. Sale items follow the same policy. Faulty or incorrectly supplied products are assessed separately under Australian Consumer Law.
- Return costs
- The customer pays return postage for a change-of-mind return. Original outbound delivery is not refunded for change of mind. No restocking fee. For a confirmed fault, incorrect item or transit damage, we cover reasonable return costs and arrange collection of bulky items where required.
